OUR TEAM

Adrienne works in Personal Lines and is our Agency Manager. Adrienne started with North Suburban in 2013, and has worked in the insurance industry for 14 years. Her hobbies include spending time with family, going to the family cabin, outdoors (hiking, boating, etc.).

Nancy is our receptionist/technician and started with the agency in 2016. She has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Her hobbies include cross-stitch, and playing Mrs Claus during the Holidays.

Chelsey is a Personal Lines Specialist.

Marianne works in Personal Lines and is our Bookkeeper/Manager. Marianne started with NSA in 1982. She has over 40 years’ experience in the insurance industry, and holds Certified Insurance Counselor designation. Her hobbies include ringing handbells & singing in church choir, colunteering in Girl Scouts, reading, traveling internationally with her husband, spending time with her kids and grandkids.
